Requesting a picture to be signed

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this!

I have a picture that i would love to be signed by Dame Shirley for a special Birthday present to a massive fan.

Has anyone done this as i was just wondering if this is possible and how to do it?

The main thing i am trying to find out is how to enclose a return stamped addressed envelope from Monte Carlo to the UK?

Any advise/help would be greatly appreciated!
