The maker of these photo-shoots is Nicky Johnston. Indeed very nice pics.

For the record, in the heyday of her impressive career DSB was photographed for several album covers by some of the most famous photographers of their time, such as Richard Avedon (my personal favourite cover shoot of DSB) Scavulo, Snowdon and Bert Stern. These were all fine pics in my opinion.
