As I pulled into a station this past Monday, I noticed what appeared to be station employees washing car windows. Wow, I thought, now that is good customer service. Turns out it was a company selling the solution they were spraying on the windows... at $10 a bottle. The station I worked at in high school in '73, I had to wash front and back windows, and the headlights!
