Well Al, I have completed viewing the Criterion release. I think I enjoy the film more and more with each view. It draws me in every time. Gail Russell's character was so likeable, wispy, soft and sweet. A fascination! The featurette was a bit haunting on the final spoken lines of insight. Nice addtion to my movie collection.
Did you finish the novel? I was looking around on Amazon. Didn't see much common sign of it. Must be pretty rare huh?
