I saw that in '83 but don't remember much about it
(according to my movie book).
But Edison, The Man with Spencer Tracy is an all-time fav of mine.

Speaking of Tracy, the first Mickey Rooney film I remember seeing was with him in Boy's Town, where he goes toe-to-toe in acting honors with Spencer.

The only other films I remember seeing with Rooney is The Black Stallion and It's a Mad..Mad World.

What true greats remain from that era? I can think of Maureen O'Hara and Doris Day.
