I always liked the episode. Maybe the best color episode with Barney.
The only thing that I maybe thought would have been better about the Barney color episodes is if all of them did not have to have an outsider type storyline. They would have been much better if they had just had a down home Mayberry storyline rather then something relating to the "Big City" or in this case, world politics.
