I have the series and thoroughly enjoy it. Episodes appear to be uncut. Pretty sure there are some special features but I'll double check that and let you know.

I received the series as a birthday gift in August, 2009, along with a pink slip after 31 years. I spent many sleepless nights watching ep after ep. I just recently have started watching them again as they would bring back bad memories of that period. I have to skip the opening credits, though; the theme still depresses me.
