Is he? I don't mean the real deal. He is, of course. I mean is that really a secondary mutation? The Beat=st is a mutated mutant to begin with. After he took the formula in amazing Adventures Hank's appearance changed slightly through the series. Add to that how he was un-mutated in X-Factor then re-mutated to a bulkier, stronger form. Right there was enough justification to account for a further mutation to cat boy form without having to resort to the spurious secondary mutation explanation.
