A few of the things concern me, a few really pump me up. I wish they would be a bit more over the top in their intention to rope in old DnA fans...but this is not too shabby and the best we've seen.
I see Jeff's point about Sam as a "fun" character, but there's a lot about how Sam came to be and was executed that was "what is wrong with Marvel" for the past few years at the same time. I've argued the Sam situation was , in fact, a microcosm of some of the issues plaguing Marvel.
Still, really excited to check this out.
