if it is all the diets throughout our lives that have made us get frantic about food, or eating, or feel relief when we just give in? Why do we attach emotion to food and use food to deaden emotions? It is a quandary. I hope that you have a better week this week. I am sure that the gain was the infusion an will be gone next week.
