Sometimes I feel 'frantic' about eating or trying to hold back from eating. When I do eat I feel a sense of relief... followed by nonstop eating. As we all are, I feel weary of all this food stuff. I can eat some different foods now trying to not go crazy.
All I can do is take it a day at a time. Have healthy food in the house. Maybe try making enough of something for a couple of days worth. I still have lots of things I can't eat. I wish I could eat fresh more fruits and veggies But, I am glad my darm selenium is ok. That was so hard.
