Ugh. The 2 pounds I lost last week have found their way back to me! I was up 2 pounds this week! Good grief! I kept my carbs lower all week (I weigh on Tuesdays) and after seeing that number I allowed myself to have more carbs yesterday to see if that would shake things up a bit! Back to watching my carbs today! I really have no answers. It is what it is and I guess as long as I don’t give up I’m still in the game! #cantstop #wontstop Onward I march!
