The necklace pictured was not the Windsor one. It was a gift to The Princess of Wales in the early years of her marriage. Presumed to have come from the Arabs, she only wore it publicly once or twice. Apologies for the double picture. At some time in the past we were comparing Dianas "waterfall" necklace with the one owned by the Duchess of Windsor
