It was amazing to watch part 1 of the documentary last night. Well done to all those involved. It was fascinating to to hear what the various royal ladies had to say about jewells that they own/wear. What it so very easy to forget is the personal family history behind some of the pieces and thus the emotions personally attached. This is no different to pieces my mother owns that were her grandmothers. The only difference is the bling factor! My favourite moments were CP Mary talking about the Ruby Tiara and Queen Margrethe talking about the Daisy Diamond Brooch. Queen Silvia's contribution was immense as well. I would have liked to here about her discovery of the cut steel tiara in the vaults. My dream is is now to have the other royal families do the same! --Previous Message-- : : Yes.
