It might be a bit soon for rescreening. Note that part 2 is on earlier - at 5.30pm Melbourne time - on Saturday, 31 December. In Melbourne yesterday, we had severe storms and I had turned off almost everything, at the wall, so no TV or computer until about 10 minutes before part 1 started. The storm passed on. Perfect timing. --Previous Message-- : Does anyone know if SBS are going to rescreen : it? I had a power failure and only got to : see the second half of the program : : --Previous Message-- : It was amazing to watch part 1 of the : documentary last night. Well done to all : those involved. It was fascinating to to : hear what the various royal ladies had to : say about jewells that they own/wear. What : it so very easy to forget is the personal : family history behind some of the pieces and : thus the emotions personally attached. This : is no different to pieces my mother owns : that were her grandmothers. The only : difference is the bling factor! My favourite : moments were CP Mary talking about the Ruby : Tiara and Queen Margrethe talking about the : Daisy Diamond Brooch. Queen Silvia's : contribution was immense as well. I would : have liked to here about her discovery of : the cut steel tiara in the vaults. My : dream is is now to have the other royal : families do the same! : : : --Previous Message-- : : Yes. For me it played for about 20-30 : minutes before I got that message. : : I wonder if the demand might have been : suddenly too high. : Shall try again tomorrow. : : The SBS shop says the DVD will become : avalable in February. : : : : --Previous Message-- : It says "content currently : unavailable"... : : : --Previous Message-- : : This link expires in 7 days - : : : : : : : http://www.sbs.com.au/ondemand/video/2179271723/The-Royal-Jewels-Ep-1-Through-Generations : : : : : : : : :
