I don't know who the photographer is, but I bought this image together with some royal portraits photos by Danish court photographer Weller at a 2. hand shop some weeks ago. I only paid 20 dkr
As all the other photos are taken in DK I guess the same goes for the photo of QL (though I agree Nellie that it would be very lovely if it was taken in UK in 1897). QL was bound to a wheel chair the last years of her life, and I guess that her last visit to UK was in 1893 at the wedding of her grandson George (V). As the image of QL seems not to be 'staged' (like official court photos) I guess it could be some kind of dressed up event in Denmark in the 1890'es (which would explain the strange way she wears the veil). The Glücksborgs were known for their foundness of practical jokes and maybe this photo could be some kind of that..?
