I have no notes on when it was made, but it certainly looks very similar in the motifs to Crownprincess Margaretha wedding gift rubi necklace tiara. I am no expert but could it be XIX century? I am not sure if I can call them festoon motifs, but I believe these wore very popular in victorian times.
The danish tiara seems more atractive and balanced to me because it has 5 larger motifs and circles well around the lady's head, while the swedish tiara has only 3 motifs looking very much like a "wooper" on the front of the lady's head. To my eyes it looks a bit incomplete, althought the design is beautiful. It would look superb if two more similar motifs were added to the sides.
