Euh... what will be your first guess? A Princess? Then she must be the daughter of a Prince?
Felipa is one of the four children of Prince Leopold ('Poldi') of Bavaria, best known as a German speedcar competitor (he is one of the godparents of Prince Carl Philip of Sweden as well) and of Mrs Ursula ('Uschi') Möhlenkamp.
'Poldi' and 'Uschi' got a son out of wedlock. Later they married. The Chef of the House of Bavaria considered their marriage not dynastical. The couple got three more children. Later the Chef changed his mind and retro-actively accepted the marriage. The eldest son made an Ebenbürtige marriage with Princess Anna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg who is half-German, half-Swedish (her mother is a Countess Wachtmeister).
