No, among the gifts was no complete parure - of which there was and is no shortage in the Bernadotte collection indeed, just like you say. But I would presume that the design of the ruby tiara given by Edward VII and Queen Alexandra was certainly co-ordinated with the ruby neclace given by the then-CP couple George and Mary and other family members, pictured further down in the drawing. The ruby necklace was sold by Prince Sigvard and could unfortunately not be retrieved, in contrast to the tiara. --Previous Message-- : There were no complete parures given, were : there?
