Yes Littlemo - there should be other items than just jewellery and I plan to get the exhibition catalogue for that reason.

: Well given that it is published by the Royal
: Collection itself and its very affordable
: price I would say this is the programme to
: the exhibition that the palace are expecting
: people to buy as they attend the exhibition
: themselves. (but this is just my
: interpretation of the information we are
    : given in its name)
    :
: Diamonds: A Jubilee Celebration (Royal
: Collection Publications - Souvenir Album)
    :
: then when you look at this description on
    : Amazon
    :
: - Published to celebrate Queen Elizabeth IIs
: Diamond Jubilee, this accessible history
: explores the use of diamonds in works of art
: of all kinds, from personal and official
: jewellery and regalia to precious boxes and
: ceremonial swords. It examines the special
: qualities of diamonds and the royal uses to
: which they have been put throughout the
: centuries; and includes newly commissioned
: photography in close-up detail of each
: piece. A beautifully illustrated publication
: providing an introduction to a magnificent
    : royal inheritance. -
    :
: Though I wouldn't expect it all to be
: jewellery as it mentions swords and boxes.
: And it probably has some quite old things in
: it going back before the 20th century.
    :
: It looks like it is going to have some good
: information and high quality photos, so I
: for one would buy it based on this
    : information !!!
