    I think it is a totally different brooch as the number of amethysts are the only similar thing to Fields description.

    - in this brooch the amethysts acts as the centre of flowers not buds.

    - in this brooch there are no pearls, the brooch Field described contains pearls

    - this brooch contains diamonds, The brooch Field describes doesn't mention diamonds.

    - this brooch is a floral spray, not a bouquet (if you compare Field's use of the description bouquet, she uses it connected to brooches that are clusters of flowers, like 'The Queen's Flower Basket Brooch'' not long floral sprays)

    - also I don't see any ferns in this brooch, just diamond set leaves (what's more, as mentioned above, Field describes the ferns as being of different coloured golds, here these leaves are diamond set)

    Which I believe makes it pretty conclusive that the brooch Field describes is a wholly different one that we have just never actually seen.
