I very simply think that Charles upon acession will issue letters patent making Camilla Queen Consort and she will go bare headed to the Abbey and then be crowned with either Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother's Crown, Mary of Modena's crown, or Queen Mary's Crown - if she does not go bare headed I think Victoria's Small Diamond Crown to the Abbey is a possibility
