Sometime ago I saw a picture of an elderly Marie of Youguslavia with the fringe tiara, I've forgotten about that. It was the only time I saw her with this piece. So she bought it from her aunt Beatrice, Thank you for clearing it out, I knew she had sell it but didn't remember that.
I've also seen a portrait and a small picture of a mature Queen Marie of Romania wearing it, perhaps her daughter lent it to her.

: The lady on the left is the Queen's eldest
: daughter, Princess Elizabetha, former Queen
    : of Greece.
: In the picture are also present the Queen's
: two other daughters, Marie (Mignon) who
: would be Quuen of Youguslavia, and Illeana,
    : future Archduchess of Austria.
: Next to Queen Marie is her sister Beatrice,
: Duchess of Galliera. I think she is wearing
: her mother's fringe tiara, wich I believe
: she inherited. I've read that during the
: spanish civil war Pss Beatrice sold this
: tiara to raise money to suport the
    : monarchist side.
