The photo of the aged Queen Marie of Yugoslavia can be found on Ursala's site.
I've always wondered what the occasion was for her to be photographed in grand gala attire. I had read the she adopted a simple, no-nonsense, masculine appearance towards the end of her life. In fact, this is a lovely photo as befitting a woman who was a lovely princess.

: Sometime ago I saw a picture of an elderly
: Marie of Youguslavia with the fringe tiara,
: I've forgotten about that. It was the only
: time I saw her with this piece. So she
: bought it from her aunt Beatrice, Thank you
: for clearing it out, I knew she had sell it
    : but didn't remember that.
    : I've also seen a portrait and a small
: picture of a mature Queen Marie of Romania
: wearing it, perhaps her daughter lent it to
    : her.

: I know Queen Marie inherited this tiara from
: her diary in november 1920 where she confess
: how amazed is by that pearls in the shape of
    : a pear
: The same diary says that Princess Beatrice
: inherited the fringe tiara. In Ursula page
: there is an information that Beatrice sold
: tiara to her niece, Queen Marie of
: Yugoslavia, in order to buy a house and to
: build a hospital and outpatient clinic
: during the Spanish civil war
: Missy got the pearls, Ducky the sapphires,
: Sandra the rubys and Beatrice the diamonds
    : (and some pearls)

: The lady on the left is the Queen's eldest
: daughter, Princess Elizabetha, former Queen
    : of Greece.
: In the picture are also present the Queen's
: two other daughters, Marie (Mignon) who
: would be Quuen of Youguslavia, and Illeana,
    : future Archduchess of Austria.
: Next to Queen Marie is her sister Beatrice,
: Duchess of Galliera. I think she is wearing
: her mother's fringe tiara, wich I believe
: she inherited. I've read that during the
: spanish civil war Pss Beatrice sold this
: tiara to raise money to suport the
    : monarchist side.
