Last week, an element of the diamond and rubis belt (now a brooch) belonging to the french crown jewels was sold in auction in Rueil Malmaison near Paris for 34430€
the complete parure was made in 1816 for the duchess of Angouleme, the king's niece and daughter of king Louis XVI and queen Marie-Antoinette. The whole parure remained unchanged until it was sold in 1887. The two bracelets are now in the Louvre museum, the tiara belongs to the Niarchos collection and the big necklace was sold in auction by Christies in 1982. I don't know who bought this little brooch but it doesn't seem it is a french museum
