After the initial reaction of disbelief (for whatever different reasons) it has become quite obvious in exhaustive (and sometimes exhausting) discussions that the PoW feathers brooch with emerald pendant worn by the Duchess of Cornwall is indeed the same worn by The Princess of Wales.
But I'm actually not completely convinced that the brooch worn by QEQM here (at a 'Leader of Developed Countries Meeting' in Buckingham Palace, May 1977) is the same. IMO there's a difference in size as the brooch here seems to have a larger upper part by comparison, it's also more protruding, and the shape appears to be less circular than the frequently discussed brooch given to Princess Diana. Perhaps there are clearer pics from the 1977 occasion.
