They look quite different to me as well. My guess is actually that this tiara was "loaner". Ducky was very young when she went to the coronation. I read her memoirs of it at one point and it was one of the most exciting things she did in her youth according to her, and it may well be one of her relatives boosted her jewels so she wouldn't look out of place among the other grand ladies.
