On The Royal Order of Sartorial Order I read the following; "Crown Princess Mary received a purchased tiara (at a time when perhaps there were signs that a divorce for Joachim and Alexandra was imminent), while Princess Marie's tiara is a loan." Can anyone confirm that Princess Marie's tiara is merely a loan. I have always thought that is was a gift from the Queen of Denmark.
