What I don't understand is that she wore this small tiara for the Glittering Gala wedding of Europe's last Crown Prince. She could have worn her Fringe tiara or the Connaught tiara.
For the Nobel , the tradition is 4 or 6 Bouton tiara with 1 ,2 or 3 diamonds rows.
But for the next Event she wore again her "new" small cut steel tiara, so she likes this tiara ?
