Queen Fabiola owned at least three tiaras:

1 the Empire tiara of her mother-in-law Queen Astrid that she handed to her sister-in-law the current Queen of the Belgians Paola.

2 the Spanish weddinggift tiara, this versatile piece can be worn as a coronet or a floral tiara and even as a necklace. It can be set with aquamarines, green [emerald?] stones or red [ruby] stones. This piece still is owned by Queen Fabiola and it's the only tiara she's been seen wearing in public since her husband died.

3 The diamond necklace/tiara. She received it and wore it often during her husband's reign. The final years of his reign it was the only tiara she wore. This also still is with Queen Fabiola.

    Potentially:
4 the emerald necklace/tiara. This tiara/necklace was given to Queen Astrid and has been worn since by princess Lilian. It was not among her jewels when she died (her three children auctioned them) and neither was it auctioned or sold before (like the Cartier tiara of Queen Elisabeth or the floral tiara of Lilian). This piece did not show up in the intended auction of the late Grand Duchess Josephine Charlotte's jewels either so it must have been inherited by Boudewijn or Albert. If Albert had inherited it we would most likely have seen it on his daughter or daughters-in-law. So the best bet is that Boudewijn inherited it and it now is with Queen Fabiola.
