I would say: if this was a bridal diadem, then maybe it was a Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen diadem and is still in that House (or lost due to War, communist occupation or auction)?
If it was a gift to Princess Marie Luise von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen for her marriage to Prince Albert of Belgium, it is very difficult to trace since her daughter Henriette Marie married into the House of Orléans or maybe it came back into the House of Hohenzollern by the marriage of her youngest daughter Joséphine. It looks like a very nice diadem anyway.
