Thank you for posting all these pictures. I can reveal that yesterday I really felt so depressed by the unbelievable diarrhea of negative reactions in Belgium (the childless Queen arranging her private De Mora y Aragón inheritance into a foundation to prevent heavy taxation and make a proper division). Is this the same Belgium where an unseen mourning broke out at the sudden death of King Baudouin? Is the same Belgium where an emotional widow greeted the long queues outside and was loudly cheered and applauded? The total lack of any fairness, distance, objectivity and prudence has amazed me. That the Prime Minister already yesterday announced that the Queen would be cut in her dotation, eventually retroactively over 2013 but assuring that it is "no punishment manoeuvre" is simply laughable. In my constitutional handbook a Prime Minister is the defence line of the monarchy, as the monarchy can not defend itself. Instead of defending the Queen (but admitting that everything was perfectly legal anyway) he backstabbed the poor Queen. Yesterday I really wished that Queen Fabiola took a hammer and smashed ALL her jewels into shatters and flush it through the loo! Everything better than let the fiscus taxate it for 70 (!) procent. Queen Fabiola has not stashed her money in Switzerland or the Cayman Islands. Like many people, the Queen simply used the Belgian tax system. These are Belgians, and policiticians, acting surprised that they have passed laws that allow these arrangements. They are blaming poor old Queen Fabiola for using Belgian legislation, while she remains completely within the law to maximize her private estate. This is not public money. The Queen is like everyone else in Belgium! Some say that it is not showing a good morality. If it is not moral, change the law. There is no any reason to attack Queen Fabiola. I really get a bad taste about the Belgian politics and the media. They should have done their homework and make a better tax system. Long live the Queen!
