Here is Queen Mary’s Lover’s Knot brooch, which I don't think she is wearing there.
My guess about the aigrette is that it would have been broken up and parts used in her remodelling of other jewellery pieces. Only a guess.
--Previous Message-- : I know you would like this one Nellie. I don't : think this is a sash, but a piece of velvet. : I think she is also wearing the true : loverknot brooch. Such an exiting picture. : : --Previous Message-- : : Wonderful find Jan-Deventer. Thank you for : letting us see your postcard. : : I know nothing more than the earrings and : bracelet, and the two diamond rivières. : : Is that a sash of an order? : : : --Previous Message-- : I have never seen this Aigrette of Q Mary : before. : I recently bought this postcard and know : nothing about it. It must have been made at : the beginning of the 20th century. In : "Cartier"by Hans Nadelhoffer are : some aigrettes made in 1912/1913 by Cartier. : I wonder if this piece is still hidden in : the royal faults. : : For the rest of the jewelry I only recognize : the bracelet and the earrings. The : flowerbrooch could be a part of the : flowertiara of prss Margareth. The dogcollar : with the ruby stones is new to me and also : the tassel brooches. : Does anybody has some information of these : pieces? : : : : : : : :
