We know for a fact, from some of the many royal programs made within the last 10-15 years, where you hear royals speak out about their ancestors ( I think it was the program by Marcus Mandal and Anna Von Lowzow) that auntie Minny (the empress Maria Fjodorovna, born Danish princess, walk around the all set breakfast, lunch ore dining table, and spread out these small Faberge eggs just to spoil her family members. They did not say how many times ore how often, just that she did it at Fredensborg castle in the "Fredensborg days". This neck less wash on show at the great russian egg exhibition in Copenhagen, I think back in the late 1990's. I actually took a picture of it there. But I don't now about its whereabouts.
