I think they will use the central gallery with the great works of art culminating in Rembrandt's Nachtwacht.
That is where previous dinners were held. The rooms seem to have gotten a blueish grey colour in various tones and look stunning. The central entrance is a total failure. We Dutch seem to think that the local cicling bond and the district-council of a small area of a not very large city like Amsterdam should have the final say over a building that is not only housing our nation's most important works of art but is also considered among the top museums in the world.....
The original plan was to use the central arch as entrance and not have a cycling path through it. The cycling path leads no-where as when you get to the Museumsquare side of the building you still have to go left or righ as you cannot cycle through the pond or over the field behind it. A TV documentary about the rebuilding work also showed the total lack of the Dutch Rijksgebouwendienst (National buildings service) who should lead to proces but proved to be incapable.
