Johan you are right and we only have to count the diamonds in Mabels tiara to know for shure. These are exactly the same gradualy "growing" diamonds as the top row of diamonds and exactly the same amount of them to!
--Previous Message-- : To me the second setting looks like the top : row of diamond of the normal tiara. Maybe a : few additions, but most of them, certainly : the bigger ones look exacly like those in : the saphire tiara. : : --Previous Message-- : It has never been stated or confirmed that : they actually reset the stones from this : tiara in the second setting. It's possible : yes, but they could very well use different : stones. : : : : --Previous Message-- : With Queen Maxima's appearance, if one looks : at the extremely large inauguration photo : posted on the Royal House's website, it : doesn't look like the tiara itself is askew, : but rather the central sapphire and the : smaller sapphires immediately above and : below it are crooked by about two degrees : counterclockwise. Perhaps a goof by the : jeweller who may have hastily re-assembled : the tiara after Princess Mabel's appearance : the night before? : : --Previous Message-- : What a pity that little care seems to be : taken : by some hairdressers to ensure that tiaras : are centered above the bridge of the nose. : The Duchess of Cornwall appears to have her : tiara aligned with her hair parting:- : : : : Queen Maxima's beautiful sapphire and : diamond tiara was very slightly tilted:- : : : (Photo credit unknown) : : : And who could forget Mary Denmark's disaster : with the first wearing of the : "refurbished" wedding tiara! : : : (Photo credit unknown) : : : : : : : : : : : : : : :
