I am curious.....is there a 1902 coronation picture of Edward VII being crowned at Westminister Abbey that would also show the then-Princess of Wales (later Queen Mary) in it? Maybe she would be shown being visibly pregnant in it, would she? Unless her skirt could completely hide it.
P.S. I did not realize what it was until Count 75 mentioned it as the G. of G.B. & Ireland tiara. Somehow, it looked a bit different in the picture of Queen Mary that you posted here, Nellie.
