The new King and Queen effortlessy moved into their role. Their first state portraits have set the tone and have more regalness than the portraits of Albert and Paola. It is the look, in Dutch: zo vorstelijk, so royal. I must say I like the meander diadem on Queen Mathilde. The problem with the full version is that the art deco arches and the yellowish big diamonds clash with the geometrical pattern of the meander diadem. Ther are also not enough arches to make a nice round diadem. Maybe they can use the arches in another setting. --Previous Message-- : Wonderfull, so regal! Wow! : :
