Sure it might not be the same, but it could still be Tiffany.
Also the Tiffany page you show has lots of little diamonds in the weave. But in your bottom picture - a closeup of the bracelet with the red dress, there are no obvious diamonds that can be seen.
So I don't think that is identical, but similar enough to look like it comes from Tiffany.
