I did not say the necklace was not from Tiffany's. It could very well be from Tiffany's. What I said was the necklace was not a match to her earrings and bracelet from the Tiffany Signature Series. The Signature series came with or without diamonds. Diana's are without diamonds. The earrings are available on eBay with diamond and without diamonds. On 1stdibs.com, a 3-row bracelet is available without diamonds.
As for the other mesh necklace, here is Diana wearing the matching bracelet.
The bracelet is from Prince Charles so I will speculate that the necklace is too and was given to her before their wedding.
