    Thank you Barbara. I recall we have discussed this.

    Roberts makes no mention of it but does say the tiara was also to be worn as a necklace.
    When it was photographed as a necklace, for what I believe was Queen Alexandra's illustrated inventory, it contained 77 bars and 16 of the smallest have since been removed.
    What a stunning necklace that would have been!
