Wow, sharp eye! I believe once a fellow poster, Lucas(?) once wrote that he saw the upper part (the stars and upright pearls) on an exhibition in the 1990's, probably around 100 Years Queens of Orange (1990) or 100 Years Queen Wilhelmina (1998). The Van Kempen Parure seems to have been dismantled to make the new Parure with the House Diamonds for the Investiture of the new Queen (1898). I am not sure if the Rundell & Bridge Diadem was part of this parure? On the picture above Queen Wilhelmina seems posing with parts of the Rundell & Bridge diadem. Maybe the picture was made before the definitive break-up of the Rundell & Bridge Diadem? At the other hand, the diamonds from the laurel leaf part seems not too substantial 'worth' a breaking up to create the massive new Parure with the House Diamonds. Maybe Máxima will surprise us once again with showing long-not-seen jewels?
