    I do it by taking a screen capture to my clipboard using the button. (print screen)
    Then I paste that into a drawing package, microsoft Paint is fine for it. (though I know you Gill use a good drawing package)

    Then I select the area I want, copy it to my clipboard again, and then paste it into Powerpoint. From there I can then do a 'Save As' and save it into a jpeg file.

    It sounds a bit long winded but speeds up as you get used to it.

    I don't think I have ever pasted this onto this board before, but I hope it helps.
