    I have tried to find out the itinerary of the Berlin visit but to no avail.
    I would have to be a relatively significant event for HM to arrive in evening dress and jewels - say a regimental dinner or pageant of some sort.
    Alas, I have found nothing with enough detail to determine what badge this might be.
    I will have to keep looking.
