    My first thought was that it was the "triangle pearl" brooch that LDMJ mentions.....but upon further review, I am not 100% convinced that it is.

    It is so hard to get a sense of it due to the poor quality of the image, with the glare and the blending into the pattern of HM's dress.

    But I think that triangle pearl brooch has more depth than this seem to have and I am also curious about the dark "flecks" noticeable mid-brooch. These may just be effects of lighting etc.??

    In the meantime, it is a nice picture the HM's pearl earrings with the diamond studs on the top and bottom. I don't think we have seen these worn for some time now.
