Isabelle of Orleans-Braganza, Countess of Paris (1911-2003), wife of Henri (VI), Count of Paris and Head of the French Royal House, had a beautiful sapphire and diamond parure dating back to Queen Marie-Amélie (possibly made with stones from Empress Joséphine's jewels). The Count of Paris sold the parure to the Louvre Museum in 1985 (unfortunately, this splendid parure is currently not on display in the museum).
On the bottom right of this picture, you can see a pair of small brooches (one oval, one more rectangular) that the late Countess has worn regularly on her dresses:
