The brooch has been worn several times before, and always for events in connection with the Royal Air Force, so I guess it is a RAF badge (though I have never seen a good close-up of the brooch). It is the case here too, as mentioned by Barbara D. (Battle of Britain Fighter Association Service of thanksgiving and rededication at Westminster Abbey).
The pearl necklace with the sapphire clasp is new to me. I have never seen this clasp (which, considering its size, could probably be worn also as a brooch), either on the Duchess of Cornwall, or on Queen Elizabeth II or on Queen-Mother Elizabeth or on Queen Mary. This Art Deco clasp looks very fine. I do not know if the whole necklace is new, or if it is a new interchangeable clasp which could be swapped with other clasp(s) on an already-seen necklace (Camilla has so many pearl necklaces...).
