I would not expect any outstanding glitter at the Chile visit, nor big jewelry surprises. But the Queen has plenty of more modern jewelry pieces and can surprise us.
I'm certainly not expecting Queen Letizia to wear the "joyas de pasar", I'm guesing they are reserved for visits from reigning monarchs or specially important visits. Thats when Queen Sofia wore them also.
My guess would be the floral tiara (that suits her wonderfuly), her wedding earrings, perhaps a diamond bracelet. Not sure she will wear a necklace, it would depend also on the cleavage of her chosen dress.
But I really would love to see her wear again the Foam Waves tiara, worn only once as Pss of Astúrias.
The Prussian tiara she wore as bride doesn't suit her so well, imho.
Lets see what smaller tiara Queen Letizia will borrow from Queen Sofia (as we know these tiaras are personal property of the former Queen).
