HM always has visits from the Prime Minister and and Scotland's First Minister while at Balmoral. Apart from which she still deals with her "Official boxes" on a daily basis. It's a very rare day indeed where the Queen has none of her "work" to do. There is that famous quote form the Queen Mother when HM once accepted a 2nd glass of wine with lunch ... "Should you? - After all you have to reign all afternoon..."
