I have posted below in the appropriate place but thought I would post here also as further down posts are not always read. Fields page 32 say Queen Mary gave her only daughter in law at the time namely QEQM a small diamond horseshoe brooch which was her wedding gift from Miss Alice de Rothchild.
The next paragraph also has info Q Mary offering QEQM jewels left to the Crown. It mentions QEQM chose snake bracelet from Q Alexandra plus other jewels . I only mention snake bracelet as a poster brought it up recently.
